Bushlilly (Pty) Ltd ("we") respects your privacy and processes personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect: your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), delivery address, order details, and what plants you're interested in.

Why we collect it: to process and deliver your orders, reply to your enquiries, arrange visits, and, only if you agree, send you news about plants you're interested in.

Marketing: we only send marketing emails to people who have agreed to receive them. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Sharing: we share your information only with the service providers needed to run our store, such as our online store platform (Shopify), payment provider (Yoco) and courier. We never sell or rent your information.

Payments: card details are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.

Your rights: you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email hello@bushlilly.co.za.

Complaints: if you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, contact us first. You may also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
