Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases from Bushlilly (Pty) Ltd through bushlilly.co.za, by email, or at our nursery.

1. Plants: plants are living, and each one is unique. Photos show typical plants; the plant you receive may differ slightly in size, shape and flower colour.
2. Prices: prices are in South African rand. Some plants are "price on request"; email us for a quote. Bushlilly is not VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged.
3. Orders: an order is confirmed once payment has been received. If a plant is unexpectedly unavailable, we'll refund you in full.
4. Delivery: we deliver in South Africa only. See our Delivery and returns page.
5. Risk: once a plant has left our nursery, the risk passes to you, unless you bought delivery protection.
6. Protected plants: some plants, including cycads, need permits under South African law. We'll tell you when a permit is needed. It's your responsibility to have the right permits.
